Shipping and Handling
We ship worldwide! Shipping and handling is charged at a flat rate per total order. The current charges (in pounds sterling) are:
United Kingdom: £1.50
Everywhere outside the UK: £3.00
UK orders are posted via Royal Mail 1st Class. International orders are posted via Royal Mail's Airmail service. Larger orders may be posted by recorded delivery at our discretion at no extra cost to the customer.
Delivery Times
We try to ensure that all orders are despatched within two working days of reciept. Delivery usually takes 2-3 working days for UK orders and 7-10 working days for International orders. Orders which include custom items will take longer to despatch, as detailed in the product description.
Royal Mail do not consider a package to be officially lost until 15 days after the expected delivery date (around 18 days for UK orders and 25 for International orders). In the unlikely event that your package is lost, please do not contact us until the aforementioned time period has lapsed as there is nothing we can do. If, after this time, your order still hasn't shown up, please contact us via the 'Contact Us' link. Please note, in the event that we have to send a replacement order, we are unable to replace any 'free gifts'.
Returns Policy
We will happily refund or replace any item that has been damaged in transit, provided that you return the item to us at the address below, within 7 days of reciept.
Unfortunately, due to a few people taking advantage of our trust and generosity, we no longer offer refunds on items that are simply unwanted as we endeavour to represent every item as accurately as we can. We can, however, offer an exchange on unwanted items within 28 days of receipt. All we ask is that you return the item to us in its original condition and packaging, and include a 'Large Letter' stamp (available from any UK Post Office) and a note detailing which item you wish to exchange it for. Any price difference will be refunded/requested via electronic invoice. This does not affect your statutory rights.
For hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns of earrings.
